Rib0 is a fresh and light alcohol-free wine crafted from the traditional Alsace varieties, Sylvaner and Muscat. With its delicate and fresh aromas of fruit, Rib0 offers a crisp, lively attack on the palate, followed by vibrant flavors of yellow fruits and Muscat. The wine's balanced texture and refreshing acidity make it smooth and easy to drink, offering a pleasant and enjoyable experience.

Our 2024 silver medalist in the Drink Business, is made using a 100% physical process of cold vacuum distillation, preserving the wine's aromatic profile. The result is a dry, aromatic wine with floral notes of roses and fresh fruit aromas like cantaloupe melon, peach, and honeyed flowers, culminating in a delicate lychee finish.

Rib0 is ideal for pairing with fish, grilled meats, tartes flambées, and cheeses, making it an excellent choice for everyday enjoyment. The wine is produced with respect for sustainable practices, with hand-harvested grapes from the vineyards of Ribeauvillé, situated on the region's famous geological fault.
