The foundation of Rosé Pur lies in its carefully selected, organically grown red grapes, which are whole-cluster pressed to preserve their purity and vibrant flavors. The base wine undergoes fermentation in both stainless steel tanks and wooden barrels, balancing freshness with depth and complexity. Afterward, the wine is gently dealcoholized to retain its original taste and aroma before being finely carbonated to create a lively, effervescent character.
