Rib0 Mousseux is the first alcohol-free sparkling wine from Alsace, crafted exclusively from the Muscat grape variety. Produced with utmost care and respect for sustainable practices, the wine is created using hand-harvested grapes from the renowned Ribeauvillé vineyards, located on the area's famous geological fault. After fermentation under temperature control and aging on fine lees for 3 to 6 months, the wine undergoes a 100% physical, chemical-free process of cold vacuum distillation to remove the alcohol, preserving the wine's natural aromatic complexity.
