This elegant dealcoholized Pinot Blanc from the Palatinate region is crafted with both tradition and innovation. Aged in 500L oak barrels (new and used), it offers delicate vegetal notes, soft vanilla, and ripe stone fruits like apricot and peach. The result is a crisp, juicy wine with a refreshing finish — perfect on its own or as a cocktail base. Grown in a nearly Mediterranean climate and tended by the Nett family in their fifth generation, the vineyards are cultivated in harmony with nature — some even using horse-drawn methods to preserve soil vitality and enhance grape quality. The thoughtful cellar work and slow maturation process bring depth and character, making this non-alcoholic wine truly special. Enjoy chilled (10–12°C) on sunny days or during relaxed, joyful moments.
