ÉLIVO Zero Zero Deluxe Blanco is a non-alcoholic white wine crafted from a blend of Albariño (60%) and Airén (40%) grapes. It offers a sophisticated alternative for those seeking the elegance of fine wine without alcohol.
Careful vineyard monitoring ensures the grapes are harvested at their optimal ripeness. The grapes are handpicked, then manually sorted at the winery before destemming. After gentle crushing, the must is naturally clarified by cooling, preserving its aromatic freshness. The fermentation takes place at low temperatures to enhance the wine’s fruit and floral character, which is later maintained through the dealcoholization process.
In appearance, it is a brilliant, pale yellow wine with greenish reflections, clean and luminous in the glass.
On the nose, it presents a refined balance of floral and fruity aromas, with notes of mango, melon, and subtle herbal undertones like hay, complemented by a light smokiness. A gentle swirl reveals layers of ripe fruit and vegetal notes, creating an inviting aromatic complexity.
